Nan Stewart started her career in Assisted Living over 30 years ago in Canada. Nan has experience working in communities with over 600 seniors and as small as 45 seniors. She understands that the compassion, care, and services are of the utmost importance to our Residents and families. She moved to the United States over 12 years ago where she continues her career in the field of senior living. Nan has many years of experience with memory care needs and is a strong advocate for the wellbeing and enrichment of special care clients. Nan’s educational background is in Business and also in Human Resources, which has been very helpful in interactions and relationships with staff, families, and residents. Nan spends her leisure time gardening, hiking and especially enjoys being active in the lives of her five children and six grandchildren.

Teresa Tripp was born on a farm in Martinsville, Indiana. There she learned the value and necessity of a good day’s work. After graduating high school, she worked in the
service industry. She became a financial branch manager in the 1980s. In the 1990s, Teresa attended Indiana State University, was married, and raised two beautiful daughters. It was then she decided to pursue a nursing career. She’s now been a nurse for 10 years, nine as a Director of Nursing in senior living and Alzheimer’s care. She loves to bring purpose and good
health to our Residents.
Plant Operations Director
Stuart Yousey is the Plant Operations Director who cares for the community, serving the needs of the residents and staff. He orchestrates everyday maintenance and housekeeping tasks to make sure that the ongoing presentation of the building exceeds the expectations of those who work and call it home. He is always willing to learn new things and believes in always following the best practice of better serving those around you.
Stuart has an extensive background with certifications from the United States Marine Corp in medical studies and engineering. In his service, he built entire communities from the ground up and helped with the aid and recovery of his fellow service members. He also has a background in Restoration, where he restored damaged homes and helped individuals get their lives back to normal after damage from the elements. During Stuart's spare time, he enjoys making his own furniture as well as being an avid outdoors man. Doing everything from fishing, hunting, hiking, and camping all with his wife and newborn son.
Business Office Director
Ela Ohly joined Carriage Court in 2017 as the Business Office Director. She has years of experience with employee onboarding and orientation including the oversight of new hires and payroll. Ela has a friendly, outgoing personality. She has a passion for relationship building and encourages open communication. Her positive attitude, dedication, and organizational skills make her an asset to our team. She was born in Brazil and moved to the United States with her family when she was 10 years old. When not working, Ela enjoys traveling, sports, and outdoor activities, but her favorite times are those spent with her husband and two small children.
